Cruz del Fuego Mezcal ‘Espadin’

Cruz de Fuego is made using traditional methods, using plants that can take up to 25 years to mature, it is then roasted underground and milled on a horse drawn stonemill. This results in a far more complex and aromatic spirit. The Espadin Mezcal has aromas of tropical fruit, tamarind, nutmeg and on the palate it reveals hazelnut, almond, coffee bean and toasted coconut.
