• Sets the benchmark for the appellation of Chateauneuf du Pape which is a rather large appellation with many producers producing average quality wine. They are the undisputed icon for the appellation.
• Theirs was the first winery from the Southern Rhone to receive a 100 point score from Parker and they have also received the distinction for producing the only 100 Robert Parker pointer White Wine from the Southern Rhone.
• They use all the permitted 13 varietals in the blend
• The Perrin family who owns and produces wine was the Decanter Man of the Year in 2014. They are a large family and they have a far size holding of the top vineyards of the Southern Rhone where they also produce a superb range of wines under the Famille Perrin label.
