This Guatemalan rum marries a selection of aged spirits, and the blend is finished in Cognac casks in the cellars of Les Bienheureux in Charente, France, for six months. Delicately sweet caramel that carries creamy toffee, orange marmalade, apricot, notes of baking spices and oaky notes, with both bitter dark and milk chocolate appearing and some oily nuttiness.
