producer background

Château-Fuissé is situated in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards of the Mâconnais in Southern Burgundy, France. The Vincent family (owners of the estate since 1862), produce wines of exceptional quality, thanks to the estate’s privileged and outstanding terroirs. Currently managed by 5th generation winemaker Antoine Vincent, the estate depends on traditional winemaking with carefully applied modern technology. Hand-picked grapes and whole bunch pressing are applied followed by a vinification “parcellaire” respecting the age of the vines and soil type

About Product

Light pale yellow colour with hints of green colour. On the nose, it is crisp and ripe, citrus, apples and lemon, almonds and smoked hazelnuts. Hints of mineral and good freshness. Fresh and forward, nice richness to the mid-palate, very classic in its definition. Lots of ripe fruits, almonds, some delicate oak, and a light smokiness.
