Domaine Vacheron is a producer from the Loire Valley. Those in the know, consider it to be the Rolls Royce of Sancerre. Run today by the third winemaking generation cousins, Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique, Vacheron adopted complete biodynamic practices in both the vineyard and cellar in 2005. Producing wines from both, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. They are by and large one of the best producers in the region

The 2019 Sancerre opens with a clear and highly attractive ripe peach aroma with coolish flint stone notes. Full-bodied and intense, with lingering salinity and sustainable structure, this is an already accessible Sancerre with a long and grippy finish. Tasted in February 2021.
