Bereche is an absolutelty gorgeous grower Champagne. It explodes with lemon, lemon curd, white peach, nectarine and green apple on the nose with autolytic notes of brioche and pecan as well as some white blossom and a hint of flint. Rich and complex without being overbearing. The racy acidity here creates a wine of exceptional energy and tension with a long crisp finish
